Terms of Service

Welcome to Cheap Data. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Cheap Data ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access our Services, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
  • Safeguard your account password and your unique transaction PIN. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may only operate one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

2. Wallet Funding and Transactions

  • Wallet Funding: We provide you with a dedicated virtual bank account number for funding your wallet. You are responsible for ensuring that all transfers to this account are accurate. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number.
  • Transaction Finality: All transactions for data, airtime, and other digital services processed through our platform are final and non-reversible once successfully delivered.
  • Service Delivery: Our services are automated and typically delivered instantly. However, delivery can be subject to delays from third-party providers (e.g., telecommunication networks, utility companies). We are not liable for such external delays.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is strict and clear:

  • No Refunds for Successful Transactions: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any product or service that has been successfully delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the recipient's number or account details before confirming a transaction.
  • Failed Transactions: In the event of a transaction failure where your wallet was debited but the service was not delivered, our system is designed to automatically reverse the debited amount to your wallet. If an automatic reversal does not occur within 24 hours, you must contact our customer support with the relevant transaction ID for a manual review and reversal.
  • Funding Errors: We are not responsible for refunding funds that you mistakenly transfer to a third-party account. You must double-check the virtual account number before initiating any transfer.

4. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in any fraudulent activity, such as attempting to fund your wallet through illicit means, exploiting system bugs, or using stolen financial information.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotional offers or our referral system.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access our source code or system architecture.
  • Using the Services to transmit malicious software, harass other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's integrity.

Warning: Any user found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to cheat the system will have their account immediately and permanently terminated without notice. Any funds in the wallet will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • A breach of these Terms.
  • Engaging in any prohibited or fraudulent activities.
  • Your account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and any remaining balance in your wallet may be forfeited, especially in cases of fraud.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheap Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gombe, Gombe Nigeria.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
